Unlike the cognitive-behavioral model, the focus is not on using our thoughts to re-write our beliefs.

The focus is on the unconscious: connecting to our deep inner guidance, unearthing our fears, and reclaiming the lost parts of ourselves.

My clients are high achievers with a lot of personal goals. They are busy with their career, their family, their social life, and their health.

The focus of our sessions is impact. We meet every two weeks for deep, profound sessions that give them lots to work on before we meet again.
